During winter you want to continue to feel and look great. A huge part of that is eating a balanced diet full of quality food and drinks. 1. Blueberries

Concentration and focus can seem to drop off a little in winter. The darker days and colder weather can make us a little weary. That’s due to its high levels of vitamins A, B6, D, and E, which help provide your hair with long-lasting and deep hydration.  Minerals like copper and also provide much-needed support to your locks during winter.

5. Almonds

Rest is so important for health at all times of the year, and winter is no different. Particularly as there’s a large pull towards hibernating. The problem is that if you don’t get enough sleep your body comes under stress, and that’s not good for anybody.

Eating a few almonds can help you get through the winter hibernation. That’s because they’re high in melatonin, which is a hormone that helps regulate sleep patterns – making sure you don’t go nuts at night!
