Another weekly catch-up is coming your way! I usually write them every Sunday evening but I didn’t come last night until 12am. Although I did want to write it, I thought I should leave it for today. I mean who is going to read this in the morning?
Anyway, let me tell you how my week has been:
This week officially marks the end of summer as I’ve started wearing jackets!
If you’re looking for a new sweet treat to try, then you should definitely get something from Peacoc! I tried their Peanut S bar* and it is incredibly delicious. It is a blend of caramel and natural fibre, so you can be guilt-free whilst eating it. If you’re not a fan of peanuts, then you can try the Coconut S bar! You can order online and enjoy your sweet guilt-free treat at home or on the go.
I read this very interesting article about air pollution being linked to mental disorders. The study suggests that if you’re exposed to poor air quality, it raises the risk of developing bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorder, and major depression.
Wendee from The XO Factor asked me 25 interesting questions and you can check out the interview here.
On Friday, I had my fourth session with the psychologist. You can see how it went here.
I’ve been taking care of my uncle’s cat this weekend while they’re on holiday. Her name is Kate and she’s insane but also adorable. Kate follows me everywhere like a dog. She’s also sad when I leave her alone! ☹ However, she’s a psycho! Kate is waking me up in the middle of the night and goes absolutely crazy. She jumps and plays with my hands and feet. Moreover, she’s a genius! Kate knows how to open the doors by herself… My uncle is taking her back today and I’ll be more than devastated!
For the first time ever this week, I made stuffed peppers with mince and rice! Not only that but also made a béchamel sauce for them. I think they turned out pretty good, although some people weren’t happy…
I met some very interesting new people this week and I’m finally not so anxious when I go out and about.
There is this amazing new fountain in my home town and you need to see it! Absolutely stunning architecture.
If you’re following the fashion weeks, you can check out my London Fashion Week SS20 highlights!
I finished watching Unbelievable which is based on true events. Also started watching Good Girls and the new season of American Horror Story is out!
If you’re ever in Plovdiv and want to visit an amazing restaurant with a view, then you should definitely pay Victoria a visit.
I’m still struggling with my organic search but I’m hopeful that it will eventually sort itself out as I don’t think I’m doing anything wrong. If you have tips or suggestions, I’m open to hearing them.
Well, this sums up my week!
I hope you’ve had a good, productive and joyful week!
Until next time! 😊
Hopefully, I’ll be on schedule and you’ll see this week’s catch-up on Sunday…
